Michael's Musings

A Walking Study In Demonology
Michael Shinafelt
This is the week that was, and shall be forever and ever. Seven days in a life, seventy ways to do whatever you want.

Oh, it's time for me to bring it! R U ready?!?!

Having lost 43lbs. "Yes" I am down to 170, from 213. I have readjusted my goal weight from 165 to 163. Seriously who wants to say they have lost 48lbs, when they could say they lost 50?!

In case you didn't hear Prince Harry & Meghan Markle got hitched this past weekend

BTW - is your butt crack so numb you can't feel a string?

Sometimes you have to rebel and not get the F#ck out of bed

Got penis breath?

Just saw a byline that states: "Caitlyn Jenner Opens Up" - Thanks for that image, not!

Kevin Federline wants more child support from Britney Spears - Translation: I'm a deadbeat "Feed Me!"

The Horror! Author M.E. Franco

She'll Put A Spell On You
M.E. Franco
It's that time of the year again minions, Halloween! Which also means it's time for the annual Season of the Witch tradition here at Entertain Me of chatting up fellow Horror/Halloween fan, author M.E. Franco.

M.E. is the author of the popular books the Dion Series which consists of Where Will You Run, Where Will You Turn & Where Will You Hide.

She is here to answer anything I throw at her, and she did! Shall we play games? Because...

"This is Halloween, everybody make a scene, Trick or treat till the neighbors gonna die of fright" - Marilyn Manson from Nightmare Before Christmas

MS: What scares you most, clowns or cockroaches?

ME: That's a tough one. I can outrun cockroaches, so I'd have to choose clowns. They're faster than they look. MS: Tell me what famous horror archetype is your spirit animal

ME: I can't be the cheerleader or the virgin, so I'd have to go with the nerd
F#ck
Jigsaw

MS: Let's play F#ck, Marry or Kill with these three names. Pennywise, Jigsaw & Michael Myers.

ME: Brutal. The clown has to go. I'd have kinky sex with Jigsaw, and I'd marry Michael. He's quiet. He wouldn't talk back if I asked him to take out the garbage. MS: Do you believe in life after love? Or more simply put, ghosts?

ME: Yes. I haven't seen one yet, but I keep looking.
Kill
Pennywise
MS: Which of the sexy men in your Dion series of books would you be for a day?

ME: I love Raith, but I'd be Reinn since he can travel anywhere MS: Being him what would you do?

ME: I would travel the world, and feed off people who piss me off. LOL

Marry
Michael Myers
MS: You are a supernatural being, tell me what you would be and how you would roll.

ME: Vampire, no question - long life, riches, power, great hair. The blood thing is a little gross, but I'd get past it. I'd travel the world and party with my friends. I'd have to give up tanning though. Sad face. MS: Whose plastic surgery is scarier, Caitlyn Jenner or Wayne Newton?

ME: Wayne Newton scares the sh*t out of me. No lie. MS: Do you dress up for Halloween?

ME: Every year! MS: Tell me the scariest thing that has ever happened to you during the Season Of The Witch.

ME: When I was a junior in high school, I made the mistake of listening to a friend of mine. She suggested we dress up like a pimp and prostitute and go trick or treating. I told her we were too old, but she kept bugging me until I gave in. Unfortunately, I was the prostitute. I never thought about all of the dads and grandpas who would be opening the doors. Got offered more tricks than treats that year! Scariest Halloween ever! LOL

Selfie Sunday - "Two K's and a C"

We Are Family
Kim, Kris & Caitlyn
So this actually happened. On August 7th Caitlyn and Kris Jenner came together to celebrate daughter Kylie's 18th Birthday.

Of course Kim Kardashian-West was there as well, and did what she does best...took a selfie of all three of them.

She captioned the photo "The Parent Trap" I personally would have captioned it "Two K's and a C" that way they would sound like a hip new band.

Where did Kim post the shot? On Twitter of course!

Have a Super Selfie Sunday Peeps!

Caitlyn Jenner Goes Greek

Caitlyn at The Greek
Photo: Ken Phillips

Last night Caitlyn Jenner stepped out to introduce Boy George and the Culture Club at The Greek Theater in Los Angeles, CA

Although I am sorry I missed seeing the band, my friend super publicist, Ken Phillips was there and snapped this photo of Caitlyn doing the honor.

I must say Caitlyn is way more outgoing and comfortable as her true self than she ever was prior to that.

People should be who they are and do what makes them happy.

Go do something that makes you happy this weekend everyone!

When Laverne Met Caitlyn

Grrrrrls Like Us: Laverne Cox & Caitlyn Jenner
Laverne Cox has finally met Caitlyn Jenner at a private advanced screening of Jenner's TV show I Am Cait.

Laverne has been quite vocal and open in her support of Caitlyn - so what is one to do when this sort of thing transpires? Why hit social media with a picture of the two of them together, naturally.

Cox posted this caption along with the pic: "@caitlynjenner and I finally met in person at a special private advance screening of #IAmCait,"  "#TransIsBeautiful #girlslikeus #caitlynjenner,"

Looking good! Happy Monday Peeps!

That's So Raven

Rave-Symone on The View
While The View is a show I avoid at all costs I do love Ms. Raven-Symone for a myriad of reasons.

Having caught her on the show by happenstance (it's what they had on TV in the waiting room) I may now tune in once in a while to check her thoughts out. She has brings a sparkle to the show that has sorely been lacking for years and I really respect her opinions and intelligence, Raven is bad ass!

And if she gets her way on her request to have Caitlyn Jenner on the show you KNOW I will be glued to the TV for that one!

Here is what she has to say on the subject -

Source E! News:

"I think Caitlyn Jenner is a very brave woman," the 29-year-old TV personality told E! News. "I think she has done a lot of things that will inspire many other people in the world to journey down their truth path...and I'm sure she would love us!"

That's so Raven, and I love her for it!

Congratulations Caitlyn Jenner

Hello Gorgeous
The backlash is already here and Caitlyn's official Vanity Fair cover only came out yesterday.

While I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion, honestly I am over all the cynicism and negativity that comes from someone being brave enough to be themselves.

Shouldn't we celebrate the fact that she is happy? Rather than harp on her politics and privilege?

As my friend Ian Harvie puts it, "this will save lives" and isn't that what we should all be focusing on?
